Sarafina watched the scene outside the frosted glass window, boredly. She'd been doing a lot of things "boredly" lately. All the dancing and drinking was getting to be a bit of a bother. She was bored with humans, bored with drinking, just... bored. And she wasn't sure what else she'd like to do. She wandered the streets every now and then, watching humans interact, but didn't bother them.

All of the other faeries thought she was wierd for it, since they all considered humans playtoys. She, on the other hand, thought they were rather... interesting. They lead lives just like them. Drama, parties, love... well, it was all there. Playthings didn't do things like that...

Sitting up, she gracefully walked over to her bookshelf, rearranging them in a neater fashion, just as something to do. Her eyes met a half scribbled on paper and pen, but unlike usual, she didn't pick it up. She's lost her muse, terribly, and actually hadn't written for weeks. Her father constantly asked what was wrong, as did her mother, but her answer was always "I'm fine". "I'm bored" had gotten a little juvinile for her.

Walking over to the paper, she picked it up, started reading it, and frowned. She ripped it in two, and loved the sound, so she ripped it into fours, eights, until she could rip it no more and she held tiny pieces of paper in her hand that resembled snow. She remembered her love for snow, and gazed longingly out the window.
"If only father would let me go outside..." she said to herself, sadly. She knew it would never be allowed. She was stuck in her room for sneaking out, already...
